How do I use them? If your slime feels hard, spray the Softener once and knead it into the slime. If your slime feels sticky, spray the Activator once and knead it into the slime. Repeat as needed!

Softener: Softener is a solution made of glycerin and water that softens hard slime. Over time, slime can get hard from being exposed to air, being over played with, or over-activation. Softener fixes this!
Activator: Activator is a solution made of borax and water used to reactivate sticky slime. The basic recipe of every slime is glue and borax. Without borax, glue would just stay glue and never turn into slime. Over time, EVERY slime starts to become sticky or reverts back into a glue-like state. Activator fixes this!

When do you restock?

We restock new and returning slimes every Friday at 3 pm PST or 6 pm EST!

When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Thursday from our warehouse in Southern California.

Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How Long Does Slime Last?
Slime can last from a few weeks to a few months, depending on how often you play with it and how well you take care of it. This is normal for all slimes as slime is made with glue, which dries out when exposed to air.
What Are Slime Levels?
Slime levels refer to how tacky and holdable a slime is: Advanced (VERY tacky), Intermediate (slightly tacky), and Beginner (not tacky). First-time buyers should start with Beginner! Advanced slimes can feel extra sticky, melt faster, and stick to surfaces.
Why Is My Clear Slime Foggy?
Clear slime may appear foggy/gray due to trapped air bubbles or from the oils, moisture, and skin cells on your hands. Air bubbles will eventually rise to the surface if the slime is left untouched.
