Charm was sent broken. When packages, charm is in its own individual baggie. Someone placed charm to be shipped knowing charm was broken. Slime is expensive

When Do You Restock?
We usually restock new and returning slimes every Friday at 3 pm PST or 6 pm EST ☻
How Does My Slime Stay Fresh?
To keep your slime fresh: limit play time (the more you play with it the faster it will dry out), use clean hands and surfaces, store it tightly sealed in a cool place, and reactivate it often to prevent melting.
What Are Slime Levels?
Our slime levels guide you by tackiness: Advanced (very tacky), Intermediate (slightly tacky), and Beginner (not tacky). First-time buyers should start with Beginner, as Advanced slimes can feel extra sticky, melt faster, and stick to surfaces.
