No, you can't use rewards with other promotions or discount codes.
I made a purchase but didn't get points.
Loyalty points are applied to your account after it's created and your first order is placed. If you are a first time customer, we recommend creating an account before your first purchase. Our sign-up bonus is 10 points, which you will see instantly reflected in your account.
Can I receive points from previous orders?
Yes, we can retroactively apply points for orders placed within the past 60 days. If you have any eligible orders within that time frame, please email us at help@ogslimes.com and we’ll make sure those points are added to your loyalty rewards account.
