When is the Online Black Friday Sale?

Our online Black Friday sale starts Thursday, 11/27 at 9 PM PST / Friday, 11/28 at 12 AM EST!

What deals are you offering for Black Friday?

Discounts: Everything will be 20% off! No discount code needed.

Can I combine other discount codes?

All Black Friday discounts are automatically applied.

Other discount codes will not work or stack during Black Friday. Loyalty Program discounts will remain active.

Will everything sell out quickly?

Popular slimes can sell out fast, but we made a lot for this restock. We still recommend being on the site right when the restock starts just in case.

I'm having trouble checking out.

If you are having trouble checking out, try refreshing your browser, clearing your cookies, or using a different device. Make sure your billing address and payment method is correct. We cannot change any payment information after an order is placed. If it still does not work, email us at help@ogslimes.com!

Will the slimes last until christmas?

“Last” refers to melting, not expiration. Slimes won’t expire, but they might get sticky.

Textures, like icee, cloud, or cloud dough, may hold up, but we can’t guarantee it because holiday shipping takes longer. Although we over-activate slimes as a preventative measure, other textures like clear based, thick, snow fuzz, and slay, are much more likely to melt before Christmas.

To keep your slimes in good shape until Christmas you can:

1) Store it in the fridge to keep it from melting

2) Use the borax (included in your order) to make activator and fix any stickiness

Stickiness is completely normal with handmade slimes. Slime naturally melts over time and can also get sticky due to temperature conditions during shipping.

Shipping Questions

Please note: shipping carriers experience delays during the holidays and Black Friday. Tracking may pause for a few days, but this does not mean your package is lost. Once your order is with the carrier, delivery speed is out of our control. Please allow extra time for updates!

When will my black friday order ship?

We will start shipping Black Friday orders Monday, 12/1. Processing time is 4 to 8 business days due to high order volume. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships!

We recommend purchasing package protection to cover lost and/or damaged packages in transit.

When will I get my order?

Our processing time is 4–8 business days, but please note that shipping carriers may be very backed up due to the holiday season. It may take 1–3 weeks for your package to arrive after it ships. Thanks for your patience during this busy time!

Why was my delivery date changed?

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and can change at any time. During Black Friday and the holiday season, carriers handle a much higher volume of packages, so they often update delivery dates based on how busy their facilities are, weather issues, and transportation delays.

Please note: Once the package has left our warehouse, we don't have any control over the shipping process and any unforeseen delays. However, you can always reach out to us if you have any concerns/questions!

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Your order should arrive before Christmas, but please expect delays because carriers get backed up during the holiday season. Tracking may move slowly or stop for a few days, which is normal. Once we hand your package to the carrier, delivery speed is out of our control. For the best chance of Christmas delivery, place your order as early as possible.

Can I add a slime to my order once it’s placed?

We’d be happy to add to your existing order, provided the requested slime is in stock and the shipping label hasn't been generated yet.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Yes, absolutely! If your orders haven’t shipped yet, we can help.

Please email our customer service team at help@ogslimes.com with both of your order numbers. Once we have those, we’ll update the order and issue a partial refund for the shipping difference.

Will my slime arrive in good condition in cold weather?

We package all slimes securely, but extreme temperatures can affect their texture.

If it’s cold, your slime may arrive stiff or even frozen—let it warm up to room temperature before playing with it. Please do not apply direct heat to your slime (hair dryers, microwaves, etc.)!

Slime Questions

Are slimes safe for kids?

Our slimes are safe for children ages 5 and up. Some textures include small charms, beads, sprinkles, or other add ins that may pose a choking risk for younger children. We strongly recommend supervising all children during play, and keeping small pieces away from toddlers and kids who may put items in their mouths.

What textures are best for kids?

We recommend beginner textures for kids. They are easier to handle, less sticky, and make less mess than advanced textures.
