I love crunch slimes so I ordered 6 here. Everything was ok but this one has many sharp broken plastic pieces.. it was hurt my hand and feel nervous to squeeze and touch. Because I dont wanna cut my hands..T.T I hope I can get refund this one.

It looks like our customer service team was able to take care of this for you. Hopefully the resolution was satisfactory! As we relayed to you previously, that definitely shouldn’t have happened. We go through our silica add-ins carefully before mixing them into any slime to remove any sharp or broken pieces, but it sounds like some unfortunately slipped through the cracks this time. We sincerely apologize for the safety concern and the disappointment this caused.

When Do You Restock?
We usually restock new and returning slimes every Friday at 3 pm PST or 6 pm EST ☻
How Does My Slime Stay Fresh?
To keep your slime fresh: limit play time (the more you play with it the faster it will dry out), use clean hands and surfaces, store it tightly sealed in a cool place, and reactivate it often to prevent melting.
What Are Slime Levels?
Our slime levels guide you by tackiness: Advanced (very tacky), Intermediate (slightly tacky), and Beginner (not tacky). First-time buyers should start with Beginner, as Advanced slimes can feel extra sticky, melt faster, and stick to surfaces.
