Goodness GRACIOUS I was not prepared for how good this one would smell.

Descriptions of it being sweet were almost a disappointment, because I hear "salted butter" and was hoping for a more savory scent, but it does in fact smell exactly like buttercream in a way that is undeniably delectable.

The butter texture is really good, as well. It's not my favorite texture, but I still like it a lot, and this has been one of the best executions of it.

Smells like butter cream frosting on a cake, cupcake, or a frosted sugar cookie. My first butter slime has been quite enjoyable 🥰

The texture is AMAZING and is definitely a slime that you’ll spend a lot of time playing with and holding. It smells sooo good, exactly like that sweet buttercream smell as others said. Fav one I got from this collection :D

This slime is super soft and smells so good. It’s way lighter and fluffier than Unsalted Butter, but the scent is really similar

There’s a very slight almost wet film on this slime each time you take it out of the container, but once you start playing with it you doesn’t stick out. It’s really soft and easily handleable.

It smells more like buttercream frosting than butter, but the scent is good. I enjoy the texture.

Awesome slime. Comes with a cute mini butter knife charm. I felt like it has a bit too much clay but that’s just personal preference, nothing wrong with the slime.

I LOVE this slime! It smells like frosting, I just want to eat it. The light yellow color is lovely and it looks just like butter LOL also the packaging is so creative! and the mini knife charm is adorable. it's soft and stretchy, and it has some really good bubble pops. One of my new fav slimes!

just, wow like this is my new 2nd favorite it’s soooo soft and fluffy and it feels like it’s melting in my hands!!!! (it’s not actually melting it just fells like it) it’s so calming! and the sent smells like my grandmas lobster recipe! *which she still makes to this day*

This is a really great butter slime. Not butter because of the theme. But a "butter slime", the category. I saw some confusion in the reviews about someone thinking that this was supposed to inflate. This is a regular butter slime, not a "Fluff" or "Fluffy". Those are in the "feels Fluffy" texture category that OG has (I love the texture categories, by the way. Great organziation.). This is in the "feels Soft" texture category. It is not supposed to inflate. I have loved everything in the "feels Soft" category I have purchased from OG.
Out of the jar, it doesn't need activator, even after traveling in the heat. I own other butter slimes, and those were sticky from the transit heat, but this one wasn't. It's stable and well-formulated. Well done.
I love stretching it and folding back the ribbons on each other. It feels smooth and soft, and the clay content feels so nice. A marvelous and spectacular butter slime.

This is a perfect butter slime. And I don’t mean the fact that it’s called salted butter. I mean, like butter slime like the actual category of butter slime that you can buy. I have and love butter slimes. This literally just fits that category. I love when a butter slime doesn’t particularly need any DIY clay pieces and it just comes out of the jar, soft and buttery and easy to play with easy to fold. For any people confused - and I know there’s other reviews addressing this - this is not a fluff or fluffy, which are in the whipped butter category. This is a regular butter slime. It’s for people like me that love this the soft texture, doesn’t inflate it just stays the same size and it just is so easy and soothing to play with. I have ordered other butter slimes that came to me goopy and sometimes melted. This one wasn’t goopy or melted at all. I actually didn’t need to activate it. Which was really surprising cause most slimes that come to me do need some activator when I first get them. This one actually didn’t need any activator. And it really was pick up and play - really easy to play with really soothing to play with. If you love soft slime, or butter slimes you’re gonna love this. Cause I love those categories and I love this.
